I have 3 young children and finding a baby toddler trolley is usually difficult, on more then one occasion I have had to follow other parents out of the store to get there trolley once they are done. There steak selection is always cut very thinly. This week I was about to do my weekly shopping when the centre was evacuated and the staff handled it extremely badly. Would recommend using another Coles if it is an option for you.

they treat their customers terribly, always gossiping to other members of staff, using profanity and sounding incredibly unprofessional, the women at the self serve checkouts need to look at themselves in the mirror and actually try smiling, maybe say hello once in a while too, so miserable..........i mean they don't even do anything, the customers are doing all the work.......and paying their wages. Plenty of improvement to be made here.

Fantastic experience this morning I had my 8 week old baby in a wrap in me and was struggling lifting my shopping out of trolley into the checkout the manager came over and lifted it all for me and then packed my bags into the trolley with the friendly checkout assistant

When you shopping in the night please be careful, some staff are very rude and unprofessional,three times for last two months they set nasty pallets against my shopping trolley,once hit my knee and once it was in front of my kids, no apologies,and last two times with the same boy.feeling unsecured in our own neighbourhood
