I like going to Coles. Huge variety of everything available. Bug fans of chocolate chip cookies. The layout is very nice. The self checkouts are great.nStaff is very friendly and courteous. I bought something and then went in the store to check something else. On way out I told the staff member that I have paid and she remembered me paying at the self service checkout.nHuge parking lot available.nSo much to choose from.

Belinda i think old blonde lady needs help, she is a very rude customer rep working at self checkout. This incident happened on 27/04/26 She lied to me saying she doesn't have a key to open a trolley up saying i have to buy a plastic thing for $1 when another staff member said it is supposed to be free. So she lied then she tried to charge me for a piece of plastic thats meant to go out for free.nnI looked at her and said it is on your belt the key she had a disgusting demeanour even when i was patient and kind with my words. She did not once utter an apology after being confronted and her lie exposed.nnAnyway another customer just offered to open one up for me out of kindness. This woman seriously needs help and therapy for that attitude you have got to be really cold to lie to someones face about not having a key life is not that serious. I am disappointed in coles cranbourne park you will rip us off and price gouge but your staff wont open up a trolley? U cant pay a trolley collector after all the australians you overcharge on basic necessities? YUCK im not coming back here THANKS BELINDA you sad bitter lady.
Its the oldest Coles store in the area and could do with an update, but it's inside Cranbourne Park S.C and that locks it into what the centre as a whole wants to do.nJust like any other Coles, the Bakery section is totally lucky dip once you venture past the everyday loaves of bread & basic rolls. Absolutely hopeless trying to plan for a morning tea when you can't guarantee things like scones or certain types of pastries when they're baked and available at random.
