I like going to Coles. Huge variety of everything available. Bug fans of chocolate chip cookies. The layout is very nice. The self checkouts are great.nStaff is very friendly and courteous. I bought something and then went in the store to check something else. On way out I told the staff member that I have paid and she remembered me paying at the self service checkout.nHuge parking lot available.nSo much to choose from.

Had a great shopping experience at the store. I had my family dinner plus more for $30. A big shout out to Ash at the self-checkouts! She noticed I was struggling with my 1 year old who just figured out how to stand up in the trolley the seatbelt tighten thing was broken. She got me another trolley to put everything in so that he was safely strapped in. Thank you so much!
Walking into Coles today was a breath of fresh air. Someone took pride in the trolley arrangement. It was clean, tidy and arranged in order. It was a job well done. It deserves a positive review.
Feel like I have been conned. I bought stuff from coles at Cranbourne shopping centre. I made two transactions.n1: $34n2: $66.55nBoth transactions was approved from my end but their check out machine stopped for some reason and I have been asked to pay again. I showed them the transaction from my bank statement but the old lady name BLINDA told me you will get that money back and forced me to pay again. I made another two transactions same amount. And now when I checked my bank statement, I was shocked there has been 4 transactions gone from my account.n1: $34 twice on 21/06/2025 at 1:35pmn2: $66.50 twice on 21/06/25 at 1:35pmnI am attaching those invoices which I attempted second time. It’s really frustrating. I feel like I have been ripped off almost $100.
