I like going to Coles. Huge variety of everything available. Bug fans of chocolate chip cookies. The layout is very nice. The self checkouts are great.nStaff is very friendly and courteous. I bought something and then went in the store to check something else. On way out I told the staff member that I have paid and she remembered me paying at the self service checkout.nHuge parking lot available.nSo much to choose from.

Terrible and ridiculous deli services! After waiting for 30minutes, they told me they couldnt sell me the prawns because the scale was not working. Is there only one scale in the whole store? Cant they take the prawns to the checkout and do the calculation? This was handled by a 'manager' geezzzzzz

Preggo wife accidentally dropped a jar of pasta and staff helped us immediately. She appreciates the effort alot.
