Loud music was going on no staff was there to give access to fuel and I waited for so long. This is what 7 eleven is doing.
KEEP AN EYE ON THIS SHOP WHEN YOU USE FUEL VOUCHER: they scan your 7-eleven app barcode as normal but they might not apply the discount on your bill, not passing the discount to you on purpose.nnThis is my experience this evening.nnWhat a shame.
Never had a good experience in here before and today was the tipping point. I won’t be going anymore. The usual lady at this shop is never welcoming but to earn velocity point I used to go. Today it was 10:40 pm and operator asked to come to pre pay. I told him in notice it is 11 pm so why I need to pre pay. Operator said it is up to operator. Fine, I thought but told him that notice should be updated accordingly. Now I want to pay for 60 ltr fuel and present him my 7-11 card, to my surprise he said card can’t be used for pre-paid fuel. I left and will not come again, will earn quantas point at BP instead where operator are always welcoming.
When in for coffee and donuts, but I experienced the worst customer service in my life.nI have read all the reviews for this 7-11, and I found that I am not the only one who was treated by this rude lady behind the counter .nThe owner of this business always replied to the review and said that he will do something for the bad service, but after 7 years, nothing has changed.nWill not recommend the store to anyone .nnPS. The pricing in the store is not clear, the rude lady try to ripped me off.
To the owners, please kindly review your hiring standards, work ethic and professionalism.nnIf you are happy hiring the female attendant who is extremely rude, unprofessional, unreasonable and lack any sympathy, how does that reflect you and your business?nnAre these the type of people you are happy to continue letting them ruin your business?
