I should have known not to come back, but I did after about a year, glad to see nothing has changed your older Team Members are still your let down. The constant rudeness of these ladies is ridiculous. I took a item off the shelf that clearly had a special ticket of $6.50 in front of it there were at least 8 other behind the 1 I took & of course it scanned at $17.50 so I questioned the price the checkout girl called the rudest human I’ve had to deal with in awhile she took off looking came back with the explanation of someone had shuffled all the stock around cause I can see a customer doing that on the very top shelf & in fact it wasn’t that price. B4 I even got a chance to ask any further questions & plead my case of the item being advertised at that price so it should be given she constantly spoke over the top of me kept using the word love at me & refused to give me the item per their policy. Absolutely dreadful service & first hand rudeness. Pull your socks up and give better service. Another customer lost Woolies .

Went to the service check out, not self serve Kim scanned my shopping and left me to pack my own bag. It’s a shame how customer service is lost.
It just takes one bad apple …..nOverall, my experience with this store had been good. However, this was the second time the bespeckled woman’s intent at the front desk was to drive me away from the store, and I am happy to oblige. Happy to take my dosh and my dignity elsewhere. Good bye
Usually good stock and easy to find what you want. Staff are helpful if you ask for assistance. Happy to check out the back if what you are looking for is not on the shelf.nSelf serve check outs are clean, and there is always a staff member there to help if you need to put through quantities or something goes wrong.nI've been regularly shopping at this store for at least the last 6 years, and casually prior to that.nNever had an issue with the staff or quality of service.
