Don’t do a click and collect order from here.nnI am a nurse and I work odd hours So online shopping is very important to me.nTwice in the last month, I have received unsuitable items as Substitutes And it’s like The people doing your shopping have no idea about how to cook.nToday was the final straw.nPreviously, When ordering Basmati long grain rice, I was substituted arborio rice… Great if I was making a risotto, but I wasn’t…nThe next time I was substituted With evaporated milk when I ordered sweetened condensed milk. From the other items on my list, like cream cheese, butter, plain biscuits, gelatine And chocolate, one would have Clicked that I was making a cheesecake? Nope. Evaporated milk…nToday I ordered 4X Unsweetened almond milk, I was Supplied only one. Apparently, the other three were out of stock. I asked my sister if she could pop down to Coles after work to grab some more almond milk because they didn’t have what I needed in stock and because of the previous stupid substitutions I don’t let them do them anymore.nWhen she got to the store, the entire shelf was full of what I had ordered. Completely full. She asked if there had been a delivery and was told not since Thursday so they had just lied about the product being out of stock. They are rude, they are lazy and they don’t have any idea of the products that they sell. online shopping is great when it is done well otherwise it is just really inconvenient because I have to run to the actual supermarket to pick up one or two things which is an absolute pain if I finish work after they close and will throw off my whole meal planning for the week which is difficult when I work such weird Hours.nThey need to take more care and be more aware of what they are doing. People who are elderly, disabled or shift workers don’t have the luxury of being able to go to the supermarket so we trust you to get it right. Do better Coles.
Convenient but can be pricey so you should know when to buy at great prices
This shopping center is great as it host a fresh food shop with very reasonable prices and a huge variety of items. Further more there's a kmart aldi bigw and coles. There's plenty of atms a nab and commonwealth branch. Lot of other shops like conner habitana several dollar shops spend less shoes as well. You will find pretty much all for your needs in this shopping center. Outside theres several liquor shops as well. Food courts with subway, sushi sushi, boost juice, china bar...etc. plenty of car space and on a side there's a car wash and a fuel station as well.
Came here a few minutes before closing just to buy a pack of sanitary pads, but when i was walking towards the checkout the rude employees refused to let me checkout. And one older looking employee yelled at me when i was omw. It was very disrespectful behaviour. I understand that maybe cos it was late but no reason to be rude about it especially for buying something which is important. Never shopping here again!
Very rude customer service, disrespectful. Particularly, people with kids, I highly recommend to stay away from this store.nAlso, re: prices of goods -they increase the costs and then offer discount so that buyers get the fake sense of winning the cheapest rate ..
