Very disappointing experience.nnI had already paid for all of my groceries at the self-checkout, packed everything into my trolley, and had my receipt clearly visible at the checkout. A staff member then approached me and demanded to inspect my personal bag without providing any proper explanation.nnI felt singled out, distrusted, and treated like a suspected thief. I also did not see nearby customers being subjected to the same treatment.nnI understand that stores may conduct security checks, but they must be carried out consistently and respectfully.
This place has become a joke. There's one single register which doubles as the service desk, so if you're a disabled person who can't scan your own groceries like myself, prepare to get stuck behind people arguing about gift cards for 15 minutes. I feel bad for the hardworking staff that they're so thinly stretched.

Just 10 minutes ago, after I had finished checking out and paid for all my items, I was stopped by security and asked to have everything in my trolley checked, without any explanation. I understand that random checks are part of their responsibility, and I was completely fine with that.nnHowever, things quickly became unreasonable. Two more staff members came over, and they started discussing and comparing two invoices while repeatedly checking my already empty trolley. I honestly don’t understand what they expected to find.nIn the end, of course, there was nothing wrong, just a complete waste of my time. All I received was a very brief and insincere “sorry.” The security staff didn’t apologise at all, and no one bothered to properly explain the situation.nnVery disappointing and unprofessional. What a shame
