At around 11:30am today, I had a very disappointing experience at the deli counter. I clearly asked for bacon and pointed directly at the exact product I wanted. The staff member told me there were two types and insisted that I had to say the exact name. I pointed at it again, but he responded dismissively with “so just say it” before finally serving me.nnThis is not the first time this particular staff member has behaved in this manner. His tone was rude and unnecessary. I had already clearly indicated which product I wanted, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way.nnThis kind of attitude is unacceptable. I expect better customer service and professionalism. Management should address this issue, as repeated behaviour like this reflects poorly on the store.
Woolworths is my go-to place for groceries! The store is always clean, well-organised, and stocked with fresh produce. I really like how easy it is to find everything — from fruits and veggies to snacks and daily essentials. The staff are always friendly and willing to help if I can’t find something. Checkout is quick and efficient, whether I’m using self-serve or going through the counters. Prices are reasonable and there are always great weekly deals and discounts. Overall, a really convenient and pleasant shopping experience every time!
The QV team of wooly is the best of the best in Melbourne or maybe AUS. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and very helpful when I get lost in there or finding my products.nnEspecially want to mention the wugu beef lasagna by wooly …. It is so delicious and yummy thanks . it’s good to share with 2-3 people and the taste is spot on but just need a little dash of salt and pepper then it is just define and mamma Mia.nnAlso one staff member handsome but very professional of his job is Daniel he is so good at his job and always got a big smile on his face at work , very hard working and I can tell he is a very good at his job and always helping his colleagues when the other staffs got stuck or difficult. I don’t know what position is he at the shop but I reckon he is far more excess his job responsibilities and management skills and strategy, and his customer service is very good and professional. Very disappointing experience at Woolworths. I was sold bread that expired months ago, which made me sick during an important exam. This seriously affected my health and performance. The staff only refunded the cost of the bread $5 and showed almost no concern. Selling expired food is unacceptable. Extremely poor food safety standards.
