Loving the shopping experience here, their freshies & meat, as well as the great variety of Asian groceries available here. Most importantly, this Woolies is centrally located in Melbourne CBD & near where I live.

Decent store but there’s some real initiative lacking in the management. They can see that people consistently lineup at the self-checkout and wait for staff members to direct them, even when there’s 5-10 green self-checkouts available.nnWhy don’t they put a multi-language sign on a bollard telling people that if they see green, they can go?nnIt’s the most frustrating thing being at the end of a 20-person line and seeing people at the front just stand there waiting even though there’s all these checkouts available. The staff need to be helping people at the checkouts. They can’t just stand at the queue directing people the whole day. Put up a sign please!
My go-to place for groceries and household items. I find almost everything there, so no complaints mostly. With inflation causing a spike in prices, common items do feel expensive at times, bit they try to manage the prices I guess. Compared to Coles and Aldi, the quality of products is better, in my experience. The whole store is very spacious, so it never feels crammed irrespective of the number of people inside. Good job!
Large store with plenty of stock. Big fresh fruit and vegetable section. Bakery and Sushi Bar, too. Clean aisles. Too many self serve and not enough full service checkouts. Reasonable prices.
