I loved it because I used to buy food before taking the metro
very conveient and great for quick shopping. a young aussie guy at cafe was very friendly and approachable plus he made a really good latte which was good tempature and taste. he made my day:i will get coffee from this cafe/ww for sure!
Is it really that difficult to make a large vanilla late extra hot.. this is what I asked for the lady who served me used a teaspoon to measure the vanilla shot in my large coffee such a small amount for a large coffee don't the bottles come with a pump on them that gives you more then a teaspoon I asked for extra hot she did not do this all of 1 extra sec she heated the milk for.. so then I asked for sugar as she refused to put any more syrup in the coffee I said yes 3 she couldn't even manage to do that half a teaspoon each time I ended up doing it myself and to top it all of they didn't even have anything to stir the coffee with I ended up using a straw to do this. I tried to complain to another worker I said "aren't you supposed to taste the vanilla in the coffee??" her response was well that's how we do it here.. customer service in this store is second to none existent.. what a fantastic way to start the day... to think when you have to go and do a course to make coffee in Victoria in a coffee shop you would have thought they know what they was doing clearly this was not the case I've never been so angry over a coffee
Convenient location and had what I wanted
Very convenient, food are fresh and various. Products are renew frequency. Provide enough food for everyone just my thinking even the store isn't too big. Staff are frendly when you check in and check out and the securities are friendly at all time but don't with stealing people.
Great variety, decent prices with lot's of specials and friendly staff. This place is convenient and satisfying for a quick stop for snacks on a budget. If the cafe had some vegan desserts that would awesome and would sell great I think, maybe that could become available.
Shout out to Shashank who served me today, absolutely polite and honest. He chased after me as soon as he found out that an item was scanned twice. It is little gestures like this that make shopping at Woolies a smidge more special and unforgettable <3 Good job, Shashank!! x
I went to this Woolworths for a staff lunch we were putting on and I needed 10 of their cooked chickens and 60 bread rolls. I only gave them one day's notice and they were amazing - staff were friendly and they cooked everything freshly for us. It took a weight off my mind and it was a very tasty lunch.
Good selection of ready to go food and general convenience grocery items at fair prices. But it's more like a convenience store than a grocery store. Very handy for a quick shopping trip on your way home..
Good for a quick purchase only. The security appears to be bit "on our face". I asked and got the reply that some rush steal and run.. I can see more and more wollies home brands kept at prices that of known brands there. Suggest to try the bigger Coles right at the corner nearby. They have more goods at store. I love both brands equally though.
