It’s a good go-to spot. Staff are polite. However, there are some items that are not available in here. Also, they don’y have the halved fruits like melon, watermelon, etc compared to Sydney. There are also no frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Their roast chicken is my fave. Thank you for producing half package as I couldn’t finish a whole chicken. The grapes are good too.
Got shocked. There is no soon or fork I inside. I saw some packets have spoons but this doesn't. It my bad luck to get this. But it doesn't feel right to get a salad without a serving stick fork or Spoon from one of the leading companies. Fix this issue . It happened once in Clayton coles too. I don't know what does it mean. May be some boxes are packed without checking or something else. Fix this issue ASAP
Recently I bought Australian made soups classics coconut &Lenti soup. So much disappointing no I don't think they have used the fresh vegetables it does say vegetables gum???not sure what it is. I couldn't taste either coconut or hint of gingerTo me it looks like they have just added everyeverything from BPA Free tins which they sell at their stores for $2.00 to $3.00. Just boil abd packs in different packet including tomoto puree Which is not fresh which anyone can do ourselves. I feel most of customer don't know. I don't know I wouldn't buy any more. I wonder they would be following the same process for other soup which they are selling which I feel not correct. I don't know about other view about this. As far as I know it is not correct.
Not enough staffed check outs. You want money from people? From human beings? Then stop those horrible self check out machines and keep real human beings employed helping people. Big NO NO to this awful replacement of people for machines.
Consistently sells produce that should be expired, and seems to have a temperature problem with their refrigerators
