A smaller Woolworths Supermarket, but very well-stocked with all the essentials for our daily needs. The store is always clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. A convenient and pleasant shopping experience every time.

I used to shop here all the time... I appreciated the less industrialised size and the more community feel... Staff who knew the regular customers and could have a chat while processing the items.nnMy visit today did not have a non self serve aisle open at 5:30pm. More importantly to me, the deli has been reduced to mostly pre packaged meats. So much plastic! Woolworths Mt Waverley are amazing. I’ve been shopping at this great little local supermarket for 25 years since living in Mt Waverley, and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful.nnToday, however, they went above and beyond. My elderly mother collapsed in-store, and the staff and management couldn’t have been more supportive. They stayed with her until I arrived, took wonderful care of her, and even recorded our details so they could follow up in a couple of days to check on her wellbeing.nnI didn’t manage to catch all of the staff members’ names, but their professionalism and kindness were exceptional. They all appeared to be managers, and the last gentleman who assisted us, was especially lovely. He even insisted on giving Mum her groceries for free after what she had been through.nThank you, Woolworths Mt Waverley, for your genuine care, compassion, and wonderful service.

This store has struggled to grow with communities expectations of a supermarket. It's very dated, always struggling to hold stock, shelving and various store areas just seem old. Really need to develop this store and give it the attention it deserves.

I have been a loyal customer at Woolworths, Mt Waverley for over 40 years.  It is disappointing the “deli” has now closed and customers have to buy the quantity of meats, olives, cheeses etc.  that is pre packed.  No choice, no environment consideration with wasteful packaging.nI WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE.
