This Coles is located within the Pinewood Shopping centre, stop shopping area. Extremely popular and very busy shopping area, it can be difficult to find a parking spot when it's really busy. Standard Coles layout, not the biggest around, and not the smallest by a long shot. Only annoying thing I find here is that there are no store guides I could find at any of the aisle ends. This is not my usual Coles so it was annoying to have to ask several times for various items rather than just looking it up myself on a store guide.
Smaller than the average Coles with only a handful of check outs. But there is still a sizeable self check out area and I was able to get whatever I needed. Albeit only being the odd item here and there.
Staff are friendly, but management refuse to put enough of them on, preferring instead to force everyone into the cramped self checkouts. I was lucky enough *this time* that someone came off break in time to open a second register during the afternoon rush. Fine for picking up a bottle of milk as long as you check out on your own, but don't use them for your weekly shop, you'll never get out.
The only thing with this Coles,shop seems SML, but I am sure that they have just the same az other stores in land of Coles, I do my shopping there and it opens up at 6:30am
Pinewood Coles is smaller than most and doesn't seem to have the range of other stores. OK if after some essentials or a top up, otherwise head for one of the larger stores.

Typical Coles - this is a smaller store & probably a little older. Space is tight & there are a limited number of checkouts. Its situated in a village style shopping area surrounded by specialty shops. Its carpark is very busy in school drop off and pickup times as it doubles as a school carpark. Deli section. Small meat section.
Initially, it was egregiously hard to find a car park in this area so my first experience was already tarnished. When i went in, I was greeted by a homeless man screaming threats at me when I was trying to enter the store. Once I avoided him I shopped for my usual dairy products and was disappointed by the lack of stock available. I was very happy to see a nice young man named Angus help me out with the items I couldn't find. I would've given this a much lower rating if it wasn't for the employee Angus.
Limited stock. Particularly for alternative diets like gluten, dairy free, vegan etc.
Although a smaller store, the layout allows for plenty of variety and sales.
