Rather small, tight supermarket with range limitations.  Exterior needs renovation as does the interior.  Trolley stalls need refurbishing.  Old style checkouts only.  Noisy refrigerators in the green grocery section sound like they are on their last legs. Limited space with boxes stacked on the tomatoes during restock process.  No OJ station, no cold treat chest.  Limited bakery but which is better than the nearby Woolies with none.  Overall avoid if possible.

Shop is supposed to open at 6 AM every day. But in Saturday 20th April 2024, they opened up 45 minutes late! Reason some one is sick and couldn't arrange the shop to open on time. Management, how could this happened? Don't you have a contingency plan? If you can't manage to open the shop earlier, then change your business hours! Typical lazy and spoiled Aussie workers!

This Coles in pinewood needs a complete new revamp or a new manager.nEverytime I go there they never seem to have stock that is needed.nThey are very limited on gluten free products and their vegetables always not fresh.nThis Coles is known by a rather large local community as the local Milk Bar. It's time for an upgrade or a new Manger that knows what they are doing.

The guy on the checkout on Monday  was very rude and ordered me to move my basketnNo politeness and no professionalism whatsoever.nI found his behavior abhorrent and unacceptable. I’ve been a long term customer of this Cole’s and this guy  needs proper training or get moved to the backend  .nI sense that there might have been a racial bias at play . I’d recommend staff training  and a resolution or a reply /response  to my feed back within 2 weeks.nIf I don't hear from you I’ll be escalating this to accc ombudsmannLooking forward to hearing from younThanks
