I would not order online from this Woolworths. The supervisor of this team shows little respect for your groceries or the delivery people. They often leave shopping out on the floor to warm up and make the delivery people load into trolleys. The groceries are often very badly packed. No other Woolworths in south Canberra operates like this. Your food and groceries will arrive in better condition if you order from any other Woolworths or supermarket.

If I could give it a 0 I could. I come here all the time as live just down the road. Went to get some makeup and pencils before getting a bus to work. I was stopped leaving I showed them proof of payment and attempt show them my online receipt due to it not working and them refusing my leave I asked for them to print it off and they didn’t, even after me saying I was going to miss my bus and be late to work. I then start getting quite emotional as all were looking down on me, when I finally got the receipt via the app all they said was okay. Not an apology or anything!!!! Absolute disgusting behaviour to be shown to a 20yr old woman. I then have tried contacting their office to make formal complaints with 0 luck.
It is a convenient supermarket, BUT the selection has been reduced to just the essentials, and shopping during peak hours on the weekend and just after work are enough to give you anxiety.nAlso don't shop on Mondays, you get meat scraps, veg scraps and milk scraps at best, or some Mondays literally nothing. Basically they don't do a fill on Sunday night my assumption is that they don't want to pay Sunday rates to staff.
Let’s talk about frustration and disappointment with the conduct of your staff during a recent visit. As someone with a disability client under my care, I was appalled by the level of disrespect and complete lack of professionalism shown to both of us.nnFrom the moment I approached the register—with the service light clearly on—I was met not with a greeting, but with a grunt, a dismissive hand wave, and being pointed elsewhere. When I asked why the service light was on if the staff member wasn’t serving customers, I was ignored. Even after repeating myself multiple times, he continued to disregard me and opened the till to count money instead. I had to again ask him to turn the light off if he wasn’t serving, only to be brushed off with more rudeness.nnWhen I finally reached the other register, I witnessed the staff snickering and laughing at my client in a way that was humiliating and unacceptable. Their behavior was not just rude—it was discriminatory and deeply unprofessional.nnWhat’s worse, I noticed a glaring lack of diversity among your staff. It appeared as though the store was staffed entirely by individuals from the same background, and I do not see how this is diversity. I seen no staff from indigenous background or European or even Asian one race is not DiversitynnAs a business owner myself, earning well above what your staff likely make, I know how vital proper customer service is. This experience was degrading and infuriating. We were treated not as people, but like we didn’t belong—like fauna. I have never been so angered by the conduct of so-called “customer service representatives.”nnYou seriously need to reconsider your hiring practices and training. Customer service should be inclusive, respectful, and competent. Right now, it is none of those things.nnWake up. Watch who you hire. You’re clearly getting it wrong.
