Let’s talk about frustration and disappointment with the conduct of your staff during a recent visit. As someone with a disability client under my care, I was appalled by the level of disrespect and complete lack of professionalism shown to both of us.nnFrom the moment I approached the register—with the service light clearly on—I was met not with a greeting, but with a grunt, a dismissive hand wave, and being pointed elsewhere. When I asked why the service light was on if the staff member wasn’t serving customers, I was ignored. Even after repeating myself multiple times, he continued to disregard me and opened the till to count money instead. I had to again ask him to turn the light off if he wasn’t serving, only to be brushed off with more rudeness.nnWhen I finally reached the other register, I witnessed the staff snickering and laughing at my client in a way that was humiliating and unacceptable. Their behavior was not just rude—it was discriminatory and deeply unprofessional.nnWhat’s worse, I noticed a glaring lack of diversity among your staff. It appeared as though the store was staffed entirely by individuals from the same background, and I do not see how this is diversity. I seen no staff from indigenous background or European or even Asian one race is not DiversitynnAs a business owner myself, earning well above what your staff likely make, I know how vital proper customer service is. This experience was degrading and infuriating. We were treated not as people, but like we didn’t belong—like fauna. I have never been so angered by the conduct of so-called “customer service representatives.”nnYou seriously need to reconsider your hiring practices and training. Customer service should be inclusive, respectful, and competent. Right now, it is none of those things.nnWake up. Watch who you hire. You’re clearly getting it wrong.
So convenient, only 200m away from my home, but twice in the space of a few weeks, I've got home and found expired use by dates on food. One was a ready cooked chicken casserole and would have led to food poisoning if eaten. The staff member I talked to was apologetic, but it's happened more than once now and if I go there again I'll be checking the use by dates on fresh food.
Weston Creek has been our local for almost 20 years and the staff have always been excellent with customer service.nnThe expansion over the store has been very welcomed as the Weston Creek area has grown over the years.
Some staff were extremely rude, common theme with Woolworths when staff are aware when customers involvement in the Military.nnSeveral current and former military including myself were spoken to in a rude manner whilst shopping at Woolworths including today.nnI would give negative 5 stars if I could
Rude staff in online customer service name JaynIf he doesn’t like his job why not quit and find another job that suits him. We have our own silent battles that we are going through please be nice and kind to others
