We reached around 8.55pm without realizing the store was going to close in 5 mins. Didn't get any warning despite having 2 -3 staff at the entry. after some time, we get announcement of store closing in 2 mins. so we go up to checkout before 9pm. The customers before us had heaps of stuff and the duty manager or manager was super annoyed. He was even annoyed at the staff who was serving us checking out our stuff as she was taking a bit of time. Like a child, he dragged trolley to the checkout door and you could see his anger and haste in his face.nnHave been coming to store occasionally, but this was a very bad experience.
I always enjoy shopping at Coles. They stock a lot of stuff Woolworths doesn't and every day items are always going on special. Some staff could be friendlier and be a little more personable but most are ok.
I used to shop here often but the security presence in the entire centre is very low. I have been approached on several occasions by people asking for money and on more than one occasion have been followed into shops while being still being confronted by these individuals. I usually do give these some spare change but find it disturbing to be followed from shop to shop. Also some of the staff in Coles are extremely rude you know who you are Lorraine and this is one of the reasons that myself and a lot of my friends shop elsewhere. Why work in customer service when you dislike people???
Coles Wanniassa is my go-to place for my weekly grocery needs. This store offers a wide range of high-quality products at very reasonable prices. One of the standout features of this location is the ample parking available. It's so easy to pop in and out without having to stress about finding a parking spot. I highly recommend Coles Wanniassa for a smooth, convenient shopping experience!
Today I brought a hot chook from here and the whole chook was that dry from the inside and out it was barely Edible!! Absolutely disgusting.
