Better than average coles. Good range of products and it usually has what i want in stock. Fresh fruit and veg is usually better than Woden.nnAnother bonus is its close proximity to undercover parking, a real bonus on hot or rainy days when you just want to dash in quickly!
Shoutout to Anna, she is always so helpful and kind which really makes the entire shopping process so much more pleasant.nnI often encounter Anna at the self serve, usually when I am stuck having to call for help to fix some incorrect scan, and she is always friendly and fast to fix the issues.nnThank you Anna!!
Coles steals from customers. Do not order online. Check all amounts check all receipts.nMy online order says the correct amount of items but they threw in extras of items that get weighed to be price estimated.. i was charged for the extra weight. I specifically put in a certain amount and made sure they would not swap any unavailable items or anything like that.nThey charged me for these extras i didnt want then tried to blame me and will not take accountability for scamming me!! I spent almost 2 hours in a conversation with support and they refuse to apologise, they keep dancing around the problem. They are literally avoiding accepting that they made a mistake that cost me money
Was waiting in Cigarette counter for half an hour. Nobody came and served me. And the new guy just stood there and not even putting back the customer basket. And they decided to open register 3 and ended no one in Assisted checkout. I just saw some teenagers left without paying.
I have been a customer at coles Tuggeranong for over 12 years.nMost of the team members are absolutely great, but one team member that stands out and was always extremely helpful was Anna.nShe was always so polite and is great at multitasking with a big smile on her face. Thank you Anna for making our coles shopping experience great every time!
