I always enjoy shopping at Coles in Westfield Woden, especially when being served by Raymond ,who is always so helpful, friendly and kind hearted, so important in todays fast moving times. So my Service with a Smile award this week goes to Raymond...keep up the good work, you are doing a great job.
Staff are quite rude. Closing the doors at 9.45pm and asking people what they are going to buy before letting them in. After seeing this, I decided to shop at Woolworths instead. Better yet, support your local IGA.
Just like any other supermarkets. It's a big store with good variety of food. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. But like any other supermarkets, prices are high. Wish that they could find a way to lower prices.

The manner in which Jackie addressed me and others was offensive, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment.nnAs a loyal customer, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention to ensure that appropriate measures are taken.
