My ears are still hurting a half hour later from self check out machines. Hasn’t happened anywhere else… first time. Can’t go back. I reviewed this comment…. Thought I’d check and now scanners are at a suitable volume. Just hope staff have better top management because don’t think they did last time. Looked stressed but appeared to be better this time. Happy staff makes happy customers I’d say.
Pretty small Woolworth's but the location and building its located in is amazing, super good facilities, nice cafes and lots of parking. Everything in the store is located in really good spots that just make sense. customer service is average but eh who even cares if the staff are constantly smiling or not I mean its a Woolworths not a 5 star hotel.
Went to Woolworths last week to get a few items from the deli. I ran into this polite young man named Jake and he was so nice and very helpful whilst serving me at the deli. Would highly recommend this Woolworths.

Couldn't get what I was looking for because being being a small Woolies, they don't carry a large range of bakery products. The self-service checkout didn't recognise coins that I deposited so I actually paid more for my purchase. Wasn't much more so I didn't ask for money back.
Love this Woolworths! Such amazing customer service, especially helping out with a Toddler sometimes and has so many extra products I can't get at other Woolies. Thanks team for making our shopping trip a breeze. Also have done a fresh food tour with daycare it was such a great experience for the children and they were so child friendly.
Online order processed through the store and they didn't have enough 3rd party freight for the deliveries and mine got missed. It's always the order with an an important item you want that doesn't turn up : Online help was ok, but received goods the following day of booking.
Great store though smaller than others. Live the staff here, one young man in particular is excellent at his job.
Their prices can be more expensive than other local supermarkets I find. Always slow check out service, so best to use self check out if you can.
