Most products have a review in their YouTube channel embedded in the product page so super easy to see exactly how the product looks and assembles. The best outdoor store in Brisbane. The price and service are really good, basically the lowest in Brisbane. If you find that the online store is out of stock, you'd better call to confirm. In addition, your website really needs to be improved.

BEWARE - Very poor customer service and I would not recommend. Quick to take your money but after originally confirming my order a week later they can’t supply. No communication and they must have very poor stock control. Now they tell me it’s going to take 5 days to get a refund. Be careful.
Been waiting 5 days for my order to "process" Called yesterday and was told that my order would be processed and shipped on Friday, still nothing. I have someone coming overseas to stay with me for 17 days, then I wont see them for another 6 months, I want to camp with this person and most likely will miss out because of this, won't be buying from snowys again, EXTREMELY disappointing service
I bought a present for my partner on Nov 30 and the estimated delivery time showed was 3-4 business days. I called them after the 3rd day because I wasn’t received a tracking number or email yet, and for my surprise my parcel hadn’t even been dispatched. Of course today is Dec 10th and I still waiting for my order. Come on guys! Is a domestic delivery, seriously? More than 5 business day to deliver a package from Adelaide to Sydney? Such a bad courier selection. I’d never buy anything else from Snowys. Bad experience.
I find their online sales are particularly dishonest and makes me not want to buy from them. The sales prices are pretty much the permanent price of the product, and you can use the web archive to prove this. Massive sales screens on their website that mean absolutely nothing.
Not delivered on time so have to cancel our trip as cant afford to buy double items I suggest they remove the idea of 2-4 days delivery if this is not what they can do anymore. Sets that expectation I think online shopping will not be as popular if delivery can not be sorted. I know I will look to buy from a shop next time
Not everything goes to plan but I’m glad I went through snowys to buy my darche 270 awning. Originally snowys sent the awning however it was on the wrong side drivers side not passenger side as ordered. Lee and Kirsty were polite and helpful and arranged for the correct side to be sent and covered the expenses associated with that. I understand mistakes happen but the best thing is that they stepped up and just got to fixing the problem. Long time customer and will remain loyal with great service like that .. . Thank you
We recently purchased a new Coleman outdoor table and chair set from Snowy's that was unfortunately damaged in transit. After raising this with Snowy's, their customer service rep Lee was absolutely incredible, promptly responding to our email and sending a replacement out immediately. Given the time of year Christmas/New years period, I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I have been a long time customer of Snowy's and up until recently, have never had an issue. Their customer service speaks volumes above anything else, so I'd definitely recommend them if you're after any outdoor equipment!
