Good layout, great products and staff are always friendly when available. The one gripe with the store is they cannot get the checkout process right. It should be fast and easy to transact, but every single visit to the store I am always waiting 20.minutes in the line before being served. This isn't even when it is busy, with 2-3 customers taking 20mins between 2 register operators. Somethings gotta give...
Have to say, although there was a bit of a wait on the queue to get served, the service and help these guys give is well worth the wait. As well as great value for money with their products, their team today was so helpful, considerate and helped me. Great team, very happy
Ordered an awning over a month ago and it was never sent. Have contacted Kings repeatedly for two weeks and have had no help. They have consistently lied to me about it being shipped even though I have provided proof from the courier they never received it. They refuse to respond to my emails and will not action my multiple requests for a refund. I suspect that someone in their warehouse has stolen my awning and are lying about it being shipped.
Great store, good prices. Daniel really helped me out with info regrading accessories to my vehicle. He should be commended for his efforts! Will visit again soon.
Decided to check out the store today. Normally I get annoyed with kings stores because u get hounded by the staff to much. And often I end up leaving and not buying anything because of this. But I have to say had a young guy named Trent come up to assist me in the 12v section today and he was great. Not to pushie and helped out with my selection. And I ended up deciding to buy more in store because of this. Thanks for the help
Terrible quality and customer service. I drove 1 hour to the Brendale location to pickup my 3 x 3m gazebo which i purchased online, I had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to just receive a shipping receipt to take around the back to pickup my gazebo. Why bother purchasing online if you still have to lineup! I got home to find rips and wear on the gazebo canopy. It looks like it was some return that was then resold. Contacted warranty/customer service and still haven't heard back. This company is a joke and no doubt I will get the automated response saying we are sorry about your experience "contact our email for more info" well I'm sorry but that doesn't cut it when this has happened more than once now.
Shopped online and ordered by phone for a click and collect Fast and efficient phone purchase even though ordered at a very busy time. Super friendly staff at pickup. Easy parking and a pleasure to deal with. Product is a gift so no review butvsurecall will be ok. Thankyou.
Spent $3000 there in one sale of IN STOCK ON FLOOR IN DC WAREHOUSE for them to send a $20 light instead. Claim COVID 19, couriers and stockist are to blame but not them selves and still say on Web that all stock in in warehouse. LIes Lies and more Lies. Better to spend money at SCA as they wont waste time like these guys....Also phone support wont help as they wont answer
I walked out of the store yesterday without any goods after waiting to pay. I thought your check out process was a one off slow experience when I was in there the week before. Even with 4 people serving you still couldn't get through the customers. Everyone in the store was literally in the que to pay. And you still had staff wondering around instead of jumping on the till. You need to review your systems. If anaconda/bunnings can receipt with a phone number why cant you? And please don't ask me to call as I did and was in a que for 20 plus minutes
What an absolute shocker of a company to deal with, not only did they decline a return of our gazebo canopy 3 x 6 m due to it tearing along the seams, the lady at sunny coast centre was so rude and blunt, we then bought a new cover to replace it before xmas, advised to drive a 2 hour round trip to collect the new one as someone was putting it away on hold for us, rang the customer service team before leaving the sunny coast to brendale to confirm it was there, advised it was, when we arrived waited in line for 20 mins, they had a freak out because it was showijg no numbers in the warehouse, finally found one, I asked the guy who handed it to me, is this the corect size, as it looked to small, was unboxed and open. He assured me it was the correct size, get home and its a 3 x 3 m canopy, called the customer service team and all they can do is send out a replacement one in the post, christmas is in 2 days! No compensation for the complete mess around and the 2 hour trip! If I could leave a 0 star I would! Dont waste your money on these they dont last like they advertise, and customer service is a complete 0! The worst thing is! That you give us this false fake automated response of actually caring about what the customer says, ps have a look back through your 1 star reviews and you will see nothing has changed! What a absolout lame response, still no compensation other than sending a cover out for me through the post, which by the way wont arrive before christmas, so basically I could have just ordered one online and been in the same position, if your customer service people want to promise things then make sure they can actually deliver! They didnt! And a replacement cover in the next 2 to 14 business days doesnt cover it!
