I’ll give these guys a solid zero I spent roughly 12 grand here and this is what I got  - A scratched car cause the dropped the bull-bar on it - They Didn’t do a wheel alignment after they installed the bull bar and winch this is common practice and should be common practice this destroyed my tyres - They installed an Anderson plug in my tub all the shielding were frayed and not at all install properly - I had to get the sidesteps straightened up - They did a really great job of installing the UHF as well thats sarcasm ;  By far the most useless company I have ever dealt with in my entire life I would not recommend anybody spend a single cent in this store they will end up costing you more money. Get it done by professional these guys don’t know what that means

I wish there was an option to do half a star. Couldn’t think of worse place to get work done on your 4x4 than this place. Ordered a brand new 79series with all the extras  bullbar, clear view mirrors which somehow they put in the wrong spot so the mirrors have no use , ordered a uhf and they fitted the wrong one but when I say something it’s my fault apparently. Put a roof console in the car and as an added extra I got big black hand marks all over the interior roof. When you ring up to say something all you get is the sales person screaming at you , saying they aren’t fixing anything because it’s not their problem.  TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT UV4X4

Sean was so helpful and happy to answer any of my questions. The team did an awesome job on installing a safari snorkel and a 2.5 inch old man emu lift. I love it. We will be back for everything 4x4 Cheers legends

Prompt friendly service. I purchased an awning for my X-TRAIL and the item was taken to my vehicle.

Great products. Friendly staff. Great showroom, separate workshop. So you can shop without hearing rattle guns, or oxytorches. Have everything for accessories for 4 x 4's. The price they quote is the price you pay, they don't try to up sell you, but will explore what you want or what you would like to do and then recommend the products that are suitable. The sales staff are very knowledgeable with regards to their product range. Highly recommended.

Had a flexiglass canopy fitted. Made noise while driving home. Canopy rubbing on cab,took it back was told canopy design. They moved it so back now rear window and tail gatehas 1cm gap. Seem like they dont have proper tools to work with ,canopy mounting clamp bolt heads damaged..and dont know what they are doing,clamps not installed where and how it should be .looked like a rush job .and they charge so much .And blamed it to be canopy fault FLEXIGLASS.

After being in the shop for 5 min, not one staff member paused their office work at their table and say "I'll be with you shortly". If this is the way they treat their customers, imagine how they treat your vehicle. All customer carparks were full but only one other customer in the store

Rang up and asked if a product was in stock, told it was so replied I would be down to pick it up. Went to the store one staff member was dealing with a customer the other on his computer. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the guy to finish on his computer and help me but one of his mates turned up, he helped him with all his enquiries, went out and looked at his car, spent 5 minutes out there high fiving, came back in, few more quotes....then walked out and left. Stood there for another 15, no one to be seen. Walked out and the other customer in their even commented "given up on em mate?"  Walked across the road to tentworld, talking to them about what i wanted and what happened at ARB, gave me $100 discount on a better item I would have bought at ARB.

If you're heading in person, make sure to see Rhys, Owen, or Stuart. They were instrumental in working out the best options for our compressor upgrade, fridge slide, and roof rack in the raptor. Every phone call and catch up in person was relaxed, informative, and enjoyable. With decades of experience between them, you feel comfortable to ask silly questions and get unbiased opinions. I'll continue to visit these guys when needing an upgrade.

Wow the boys that I dealt with for a quick rush in grab and run purchase were just awesome. I called for a price which was very responsible, then told them I’d be in later. On arrive I was greeted with genuine interest in my need as a customer and was not belittled at all. They hadn’t parts all ready to rock and roll and I was out in a jiffy.product in one hand and a free Stubby cooler in the other that’s a Cozzie to our American friend over the puddle. Champion effort guys, keep up the awesomeness!
