I just want to say this company is amazing, what started out as going in to look at bathroom supplies has turned into a one stop shop for everything. The guy who helped us in the start sorry I can’t remember his name was an absolute legend as I had no idea where to start or what would go together and he helped guide us through. It was then we noticed a promotion for kitchens with free stone bench top. He helped get us in touch with the right people and I ended up speaking with Alannah, and she helped us put together the plans and really helped policy our kitchen design. Well today, we had our skip bin arrive, and I am currently watching as the amazing delivery drivers unload both my kitchen and my bathroom stuff. So hassle free! Beat reno experience ever! I will be back. Thank you all so much for your help. Also will note that these guys were cheaper than everyone else we got quotes from and were the only place who could give us exactly what we wanted in our kitchen!  Thought I would update the review, I am getting divorced and marrying my kitchen! Just kidding but I am absolutely in love with it. Just have painting to finish but even without that it is still amazing.

Guys have great product but the major positive is that the staff are so helpful every time I go there. They allowed me to pick up directly from the suppliers because it was time sensitive in this case and went out of their way to provide great communication. This will be our third bathroom done with their products over the last 3 years. Thank you again guys

We purchased a few tap mixers from Builders Discount Warehouse about a year ago it's still under warranty.  One of them became defected so I sent them a claim form with a short video clip. One of their representatives called me asking for a bit more details. Within a week, they arranged a plumber to come to my place to fix the issue. The plumber, Brett, is very friendly and patient. He explained the issue to me clearly and got the job done straightaway, I would give them 6 stars, the extra star is for Brett!

Beautiful quality cabinets. Communication second to none, very quick to correct their own mistakes and send replacements. Made my project run smoothly despite them being 1000km away.

Super helpful, patient and friendly staff. Good quality products for a good price. Just ordered all new, preassembled, kitchen cabinetry and are excited to start getting them in over the weekend. Then to get started on the bathroom renovation.
