Don’t come on a Sunday if you want to be served quickly. Wait 20mins to be served at the showroom I knew what I wanted and just wanted to buy it. Lady at the showroom was nice and apologetic - but maybe you need more people on if you want to open up on a Sunday! 3 staff for the 20ish groups.nnThen go to pick up section - wait 20mins to pick up an item!nn“Oh it hasn’t come yet?”nn45mins it’s taken to buy something and pick it up!

Massive shoutout to Trish who helped me navigate the showroom this morning. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel like a valued customer. To top it off, she completed my quotes and emailed them through in a couple of hours. Fabulous service!
In store,helped by emily,2.5 hrs well spent chosing all bathroom fittings.emily offered great advice and information.great items to choose from.nDelivery-Confusion around delivery though.organised for tues 14th,but got 2 calls on 2 seperate days thurs 9th and mon 13th saying 10 mins away and wanting to deliver my items,i refused this as i wasnt home.nOn delivery day,older man quite rude and pushy.i had to rush though trying to check all my items were delivered they werentnAlso had a call earlier from younger office girl wanting me to give permission to leave items without anyone home,i think not!.sure just leave $15000 worth of equipment on my driveway and i will hope its still there when i get home and drag 4 pelletts worth up driveway into my garage!
I recently had a significant experience with Builders Discount Warehouse in Brendale and wanted to share my thoughts in detail. Overall, the quality of their products is truly excellent. I purchased all the fixtures for three bathrooms from them, and their quality surpassed what I found at other stores like Bunnings. The customer service was also quite good. However, I did encounter some logistical issues that I hope the company will consider addressing in the future.nnIn total, I spent nearly $4,000 at their store. Unfortunately, due to some mistakes in the orders, I had to make multiple trips back and forth—each trip about 60 kilometers. For the first two bathrooms, one item was given to me incorrectly, which meant I had to drive back to the warehouse to exchange it. Then, for the third bathroom, another item was only partially provided, and I had to make yet another round trip. In the end, I drove this 60-kilometer route about six times, costing me roughly $100 in fuel. Additionally, I had to bring my plumber in for an extra day, which cost me another $250.nnI did ask the staff if they could offer any discount or compensation for these inconveniences, but I was informed that they couldn’t do so. I find this a bit disappointing because I value their product quality and would like to remain a loyal customer. I’m leaving a five-star review now purely because of their excellent product quality, and I truly hope they will consider some form of customer service gesture in the future. If they do, they absolutely deserve the five stars without hesitation. If not, I may reconsider my rating after my next purchase.
