I was looking for a place to repair a paint sprayer. Even though they weren't an agent for the sprayer company they were willing to have a look at it. A few days later I got a call to say it had been fixed all for a minimal cost. Great service, they have me as a custormer.
Went instore to buy a sandblaster. Staff member was very helpful and organised to get what I needed. Impressed with the store overall and the product range that was available. Will shop there again.
We come here whenever we need the right tools and advice, the guys in here, especially Brendon, go out of their way to help, every time! even with a bit of banter!nToday we purchased a pressure washer, and were pleased to find out they are manufactured by Trade Tools, so servicing and repairs if needed won't be a issue. Where as other places like well known hardware warehouse and auto groups tend to take the faulty item and ship it elsewhere, sometimes for weeks at a time. Always remember you get what you pay for, so invest in something decent not some imported crap that you cant source parts for.nI can't recommend these guys enough.nnSee you next time guys, thank you for the continuous outstanding workmanship Brendon!
Popped in to get a caramel wheel. Unfortunately out of the box they wouldn’t work with a drill.nAmazingly, after a younger guy explained how I might do it sorry I didn’t get your name, Torren went out the back and fabricated an attachment to work by screwing in a bolt and nut and cutting off the thread. Next level!
Went in to buy a Milwaukee hammer drill, store has a great display, spent 15 minutes looking at them there were 3 people behind the counter and 1 customer. After 15 minutes looking at the range with no staff member coming to offer any assistance I walked out drove around the corner and spent my $450 at Sydney Tools.
