Worst customer service put our generator in to be repaired got told on 3 different times that it was being repaired, wood call to let you know when it’s ready to be picked up. Then be told that waiting for parts from overseas, then to find out 5 weeks later it is still sitting at the Brendale store and hasn’t been sent to be fixed, service centre says they have the paper work but no generator.nWe paid $35 dollars to have it sent to there service centre but no your lies seem more important than your customers.

I got what i want, good helpful staff. just focus on price tags, like 50% of the store doesn't have price tags on their items, fairly annoying but it's a new store so I'll give it a pass on that. I do know a few of the amp claps were in the wrong spot, so just go over that multimeter section and make sure they're all in the right spots

I went into Sydney Tools Brendale today with my mother and the experience was great! Very friendly and very helpful. Brett served us and he was so helpful and informative. Thank you!!

Absolutely putred customer service! Everytime i'm there they are eating at the front counter. Ask for a product and I just get pointed in the direction of the product, that's poor customer service!

Rude manager refused to deal with customer when I bring the faulty product back for warranty.nnNever buy stuff here again! pissednnNote:nnA man with ling hair not sure he’s manager or not but he’s not supposed to communicate with customers that way.
