Over the phone service is nil.  Not even a single star rating. 8 th of December 2017 I wanted to call Bunnings Carseldine and one lady answered and hold me on till the next available support person comes. He came , even without answering disconnected the phone.

Vast variety of products and good competitive prices. Only negative is long wait at the checkout.

Many staff can be seen walking through the store, but almost none of them are available to speak to you, let alone provide assistance. Usually only one cash register is open, and the self service registers are often closed. A one star rating is far too generous.

My favorite shop along with the new one in Brendale   the staff are great and always helpful  
 Well done Bunnings  it is a pity you couldnt run some training courses for our bloody Politicians and we would have a better country too
