I have always thought that gear factor was a great business until I had to return something. I posted my item back as they asked me to and paid postage of over 30.00. I then receive a call saying they received it but the box had got damaged in the post (no fault of min) and they asked if they could post my new exchanges item back to me in the original damaged box. At first I wasn’t keen on the idea as I have paid for registered postage however I agreed. Then I received another call telling me that they needed to charge me another 22.95 to post the item back. So by now the item had cost me more than what I could buy it from from any other online or in store establishment. I paid the 22.95 but told them that now since I had paid over 55.00 for postage I would like my item sent to me in the box it should be sent in (the new box) and not the damaged box. They agreed. I was very unhappy with there customer service considering how much I had spent there. I received the parcel today it a destroyed taped up box. I would never ever purchase anything from them again and considering we are from family of motorcross racers they will definately be missing out. I will never buy from here again and either will anyone from my family or extended family.

I drove down from the sunshine coast after speaking with victoria on the phone about some knee braces and can say it was well worth an hour in the car! The service was awesome and victoria was incredibly patient while i tried on every knee brace in stock. The prices were much more competitive than elsewhere. I will be back for sure!
