Clean place. But I bought expired hummus. Oops. They shouldn’t have had that on the shelves. Everything else was fine. The people were nice and the place was clean. The exit from the car park was annoying. This one guy was running thru the store to help a nearby customer. I thought that was nice of him.
In the second week when I first came to Australia, I went to coles to buy something and put it in my bag. I stuffed the receipt into my pocket. Then I went to wws and bought some more food. After the self-checkout, a male employee with an Asian face suspected me of stealing something and asked to check my bag. I thought I had the receipt anyway, so I showed him, but he thought I stole the pizza, and my pizza was still freezing. I said the receipts I bought at coles are all here and there's pizza on them, can't you see? He just kept saying the pizza was freezing and then he called another employee to double check and another one took a look at the receipts and let me go.
Convenient yes. Safety NO! There have been several incidents and robberies and I have not felt safe. Both at the BWS and the checkout at the supermarket. I have given feedback on the website with no response. Some security would be great. Otherwise great supermarket and perfect location.
Great underground parkingnNice staff, I order via click and collect. The person bringing out your groceries always offers to help you load your groceries.nthe Store is standard Woolworths set up, just seems to have nicer staff .nI like the little treats they pop into your shopping at Christmas and Easter.
The supermarket is clean and staff are friendly. The under cover car park, has recently had the smell of a dirty bathroom, so i have been avoiding it lately, leaves you feeling physically ill due to the stench
