Absolutely disgraceful service at the small coles knox supermarket today. When complained to the manager in charge he didn’t seem to care too hoots!! Will never shop there again! Plenty of other competition available who care about their customers shopping experience!

Customer of Coles 45yrs. Shop at Knox City. Most recent today 16th Jan. Spent $189.18 receipt no.2723 at18.05 to be informed your offer of cookbook was no longer available and in fact was unavailable after 2 days. 2 days!!!!!!! when the average customer shops once a week. This will obviously mean only a small number of customers will receive all 4 books. The majority will be lucky to get one. Extremely poor promotion from the so called market leader.

There are two Coles in Knox. The newer, larger one is better as it has a good fresh food range. Also an excellent cheese section near the deli.
