As many people previously pointed out, it was my worst Aldi experience ever as a big loyal customer of Aldi for long.nnI went to the store and tried to purchase an item with a specific price. The casher told me that the price was incorrectly displayed and he tried to get an assistance from another staff.nnAt the end of the day, I spoke to one casher, another staff, two managers but no one told me about their policy about incorrectly displayed price a customer advised me. Only one staff explained that they tried to set a price in the morning but it was not changed In my opinion, however, it is their role to check any errors. Seems like no one admit the fault/error, all staffs just trying to avoid the responsibility.nnI contacted Aldi customer care not because of the price but because of their attitude and work ethics.nnThe customer service staff said the store manager would match the displayed price, but when I visited the store, they didn't have stocks available.nnIt was my worst Aldi experience ever. If they want to offer me a resolution, they have to provide a possible option rather than wasting my time and effort.nnI really want to give me 0 star not because of their fault but because of their store operations/management.
As a local it's a great alternative to the bigdogs. Local community feel, same faces, and good prices. As far as the foreign alternative brands they offer, I find that for each good one to find, you'll get a bad one.nnMeat prices are much cheaper than Coles & Woolies. Alcohol also really cheap if you're happy to roll with the unknown brands.
Hi I didn’t get a good customer service as expected. Costumer service was ridiculous, wasn’t expecting this kind of customer service. Hopefully will get better customer service next time when visit. Thank you
Normal Aldi shopping experience. Don't expect too much and you won't feel disappointed.
This is the worst aldi in Melbourne. The blonde haired girl working on 25th September 2024 morning was so incredibly rude. Her manner and treatment of customers was terrible. I will never be returning to this store and would advise others not to as well. The store should only be hiring people suited for customer service…. Also the floor had wet puddles everywhere and no one bothered to clean it up or put a caution sign to alert customers. The most negative part of the store is that worker I mentioned.
