Served by a polite gentleman, who brought our gelato and milkshakes over to our table, he put on the tv and put cartoons on for our children to watch, the place was very clean and well laid out, would happily return. The flavour combinations were great!
Why is it that this place does not appear to be able to get orders right. Normally it's the ice cream they send is the wrong flavour. Tonight they sent me two waffles instead of 1 and 1 crepe. They used to be good, now they seem to be getting worse.
Absolutely do not recommend. I’ve ordered about 3 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been something wrong with the order. It’s either cold. Rock solid and dry. Or the completely wrong order. When we ring to express our concern and disappointment they say there’s nothing they can do. One time we called asking for our money back as the food was actually inedible and the man we spoke to on the phone had appalling manners. Absolutely disgusting place. DO NOT ORDER.
A good selection of smoothies and shakes, but it takes some time to make several, so if you have a big party be aware. Good customer service. Kid-friendliness: Good desserts for kids, if they've been good.
When my boyfriend and I walked into here we were completely ignored by the two young girls behind the counter. Once we eventually managed to order we opened up our boxes to find we had no cutlery. After waiting by the counter and trying to ask for plastic cutlery TWICE both times being completely ignored we just walked out. Food was average at best, soggy cookie dough and very messy eating it with our hands. In short, awful decor, dim lighting and unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff with 0 customer service skills
I highly recommend. They have very good desserts and juices.
Sweet Kingdom in Thetford is absolutely appalling, placed an order on more than one occasion and on both occasions ended up waiting up to 2 hrs for 1 waffle gave them the benefit of the doubt. Upon speaking to a member of staff on the second order I was not greeted with any professionalism but instead a impolite teenager, who instead of trying to answer my questions of where my food is just shouted excuses and profanities at myself. When speaking to the assistant manager who told us it was a busy night tried to deal with my complaint, when trying to make a formal complaint against said teenager I couldn’t as the the assistant manager couldn’t provided me with a name for the other member of staff, stating that she was a trainee and therefore didn’t know her name. Upon arrival of my order 2hrs after initially ordering it arrived and was apologised to by the driver stating she is the only delivery driver they have. My order had become damp and unable to consume as the bananas had turned black. Maybe just as a free piece of advice either hire more delivery staff to handle the influx of orders or stop taking orders when times become busy to allow you to keep up orders so they don’t fall behind and hire people that are professional and want to be there. Shan’t be using this company again food standards, customer services and delivery standards slipping due to poor managerial skills.
Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Don’t bother! Ran by rude teenagers, ordered 2 x cookie doughs, came about the same size as a cookie from tesco, started eating it only to find a hairs inside the dough, put me off and a waste of £16. Girls are rude in there, asked them for two forks and looked at me like I had just asked for the money out the till, music ridiculously loud.
Hugely over priced. The tiniest tub of ice cream and a cookie topped with half a Snicker for over £7 The waffle our son chose was slightly better value although ridiculously sweet. We won't be ordering again. Far too expensive, far too sweet.
Top service and fantastic food. Ordered online which was quick and easy and delivery was made within the 30 minutes stated for delivery. We ordered 2 different waffles, cookie dough, 2 milkshakes and ice cream. Will definitely use again.
