Very rude customers here. They push and shove past you. Expect you to move out of their way. Have seen how staff are treated also which is pretty average. Come here if you are desperate. Just poor general behaviour. Have some manners please. It's not hard and don't pretend you don't know what you're doing. That's just even more of an insult. I've shopped here for many years & it's mainly because of the staff. I've always found them friendly, helpful & very professional. Meena, Michelle, Jean & Courtney particularly. Many other terrific staff members but I don't know their names. I've witnessed a lot of rudeness towards staff from customers but they (the staff) are unfailingly patient & polite. Wish I knew how they do it! I often shop elsewhere now because of the incredibly rude behaviour of many customers but come back because of the staff.

I go here on a weekly basis for my groceries. Good produce and sales, however, the staff here are extremely rude. Two in particular is the young blonde girl at the self check out and the black haired girl at the deli. Both work on Saturdays. Don't bother asking them for help, you'll get an attitude from them like you're wasting there time and then walk off half way through the conversation.

Busy Woolie. But its Box hill the Chinese Capital of Victoria of course it would be busy. not so much good deals as expected the vegetables, fruit and staff are all normal prices compared to the fruit markets outside. As for the other reviews about the people shuffling around you....its the people not the supermarket that is shuffling you. it is not the supermarket that is being rude or lack manner. So get it right.

This place is quite good. They have everything you need and it's close to Big W as well.
