I went into the shop at 9.42pm today 14/05/24. I understand that the shop is about to close. But as soon as i entered the shop, the indian girl at the front literally sighed onto my face and gave me a side eye. I understand you guys work long shifts and are exhausted, so I don’t expect to be welcomed, however, I’ve never had this experience occur to me directly in front of my face. If the shop closes at 10pm, we do have a right to come into the shop at the last minute, technically it was 18min. Not going to this shop anymore, just going to go to the coles right next to it.
Made my day better. I'm introverted so I was waiting in line for the self serve. Then a lovely staff member offered to open the checkout line and helped me with my things. That's some really good customer service there being dynamic and flexible and always willing to help out as needed! Impressed :
Trolleys are old, broken and in short supply. Going to change to Coles if they do not improve SOON!
Yet another Woolworths I've visited on my endless quest to visit every Woolworths in a 10k radius! Inside Oakleigh Central and interestingly just around the corner from a Coles.
The store manager can do a better job with stock management. For example whenever I go there I never find the bread with Kalamata olives, or I rarely ever find any discounted cheeses at the the Deli
