For context, I live in an apartment above a group of shops. I currently have covid so I ordered my groceries online to be delivered so I didn't have to go into the store and risk infecting staff/other shoppers.nnThe delivery driver decided it was a good idea to simply leave my shopping on the side of the footpath unattended in a main commercial area, despite me indicating for it to not be left unattended. Nobody rang the doorbell, I simply got a text saying it had been delivered. They didn't even place it inside of the entry foyer where the letterboxes are, literally left it on the side of the street.
Very rude staff at customer service desk, long black straight hair women with glasses, she shout at me like i work for her, please educate your staff
Nice place big have every thing you need clean as well.
Really disgusting store on shelf it was 4$ on special and charge me 5$ and when I go for swap the product then she was shouting on me that’s really ridiculous just teach manners to your staff first and I just ask for swap not refund and that was your fault
I went into the shop at 9.42pm today 14/05/24. I understand that the shop is about to close. But as soon as i entered the shop, the indian girl at the front literally sighed onto my face and gave me a side eye. I understand you guys work long shifts and are exhausted, so I don’t expect to be welcomed, however, I’ve never had this experience occur to me directly in front of my face. If the shop closes at 10pm, we do have a right to come into the shop at the last minute, technically it was 18min. Not going to this shop anymore, just going to go to the coles right next to it.
