From the beautiful grounds to stunning original sweeping staircase, Willow Lodge is a haven of backdrops for all manner of photographic purposes. An exceptional wedding venue with loads of unique spots for those money shots. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time on my nature photos throughout the gardens and took swim promo shots for Ali - no flash was needed - this place has amazing natural light. Recommend for any photographer looking for a unique spin on their clients request.
Adored our stay at Willow Lodge! My partner and I had a wedding in Matakana, Willow was the perfect place to stay - get ready and relax in the spa! Surrounded by nature and an amazing hideaway for a rejuvenating time. Ali and the Willow team go above and beyond and I love that the linen and interior are quality! Modern, tranquil and romantic. Will be back, thank you for having us Willow.

My husband & I had the pleasure of staying at Willow lodge last week. This stunning property exceeded our expectations . Our suite was modern and well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen & towels . A relaxing place to unwind & walk around the gardens in this lovely rural setting with breathtaking views. Just a short drive to Warkworth for restaurants & cafes & to explore the area. Thank you Alicia for making us so welcome . Rooms: We stayed in Suite 1 which had a kitchenette & lounge. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen. A touch of luxury throughout . Great shower in the bathroom. Very quiet & private . Nearby activities: A short drive to Warkworth to restaurants & cafes & lovely river walk. Matakana too is a great place to visit. They have a farmers market on a Saturday morning.

Beautiful, modern suites in a quiet location in Warkworth, 5 mins from Paknsave. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and used the spa, BBQ and the fireplace, perfect for a group of friends or families! Seeing Charlie the chow chow was a plus!Rooms: 5/5
