Good location. At 12.45 AM still awake by noise from people above us , so ask if room upstairs is occupied when you book. Relayed it to Proprietor, I feel for $200 plus a night we expected to get a good nights sleep.

This is a jewel in warkworth after a long day travelling and dealing with traffic jams and detours my mother secured us a room at the lodge,when we arrived the welcome was so warm we immediately felt better,our room was upgraded for free which stunned us and we had the best night in a long while so thank you so very very much for a wonderful stay in outstanding surroundings and wonderful hospitality ...Marcus and Tracy Cattley
