Our piece of paradise overlooking Sandspit in Warkworth.

Story

At our B&B we provide two large sunny rooms each have a Queen-sized bed and tiled ensuite.

Both have lovely views down over the farm to Sandspit.

With flexible check-in and check-out times, you can sit and relax in the private guest lounge with a tea or coffee from the kitchenette.

Free WIFI is available in all the rooms or simply relax with Freeview television.

Laundry facilities are available if required.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in NZ, and we travel a lot, staying all over the country. Janine and David are consummate hosts, looking after us at every step: enquiry, booking, arrival, and all throughout our stay. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing, and the house is so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and healthy and fresh. All of our needs were catered for in the friendliest way, and we will return whenever we can.

Great place to stay with welcomng hosts. What a difference lovely hosts Dave and Janine make with their warm hospitality. My wife and son and I enjoyed our stay so much we honestly found it difficult to leave. We were so relaxed in this beautiful lodge. Strongly recommend to discerning guests looking for that old-fashioned true kiwi hospitality and great food. Nice to meet you both and best wishes from Harry, Poupe'e and Manaaki.
