Great customer service over the counter. I ordered online, two pairs of men's leather shoes but those were wrong sized. My fault, I understand. I proceeded to the counter at Westpoint Blacktown Store, and requested refund. My request was processed in less than five minutes, I was truly impressed. Keep the great work up guys. Great collection of shoes, must admit that too. A great experience overall .
Great service. Just had booth teens fitted for school shoes and staff were so helpful with both my girls having large feet it's not easy to find shoes to fit - really patient and friendly. Thanks so much!
