Sketchers store Blacktown. Sent us to castle hill as they didn’t have the size we were after , so they called castle hill store and said they had the size and the price reduced same , though had issues at the castle hill store I. Regards to they cannot change the price to the reduced size , also added the Blacktown store allowed a guy with dirty feet to try on numerous pairs of shoes without socks of any kind , that is absolutely disgusting and a health breach to other future customers that try on shoes , please attend to this matter as if not then the media will know about it. You are putting innocent people at risk here … never again will I go to the Blacktown store
Very pleased with the service by both guy staff members who were working. My 3yr old daughter was very happy with her preschool shoes. Thank you to the assistance of the staff.
Poor customer service, shoes started shredding after couple of wears and they told me you must have worn them outside and there could be dust, so are these shoes only made to wear inside house ?? Did nothing to help !!
Very rude and lazy staff .... Never answer their phone anyway have it on divert ...
Worst customer service! My husband and i came in to buy shoes for work and the shop assistant walked right past us and ignored us. We were the only ones in the store and they didn't offer us help or even speak to us, just ignored and walked around the shop. We felt so unwelcome and disgusted we walked right out. Unlucky, as we were going to buy something so the loss of business is on your store.
Super helpful staff, help me pick the best shoes for me. I work long hours and late nights and had a lot of problems with my feet but since buying my new shoes from here my feet have been so much better, they are so comfortable. I would highly recommend definitely worth the price. Its like walking on the clouds of heaven.

Satuday 22nd January 11:00 AM Customer service is extremely poor and wrong information provided may be on purpose. We were looking for some suggestions about shoe designs similar to what I was wearing which was a sketchers model and the attendant straight up said that they don't have them. We thought lets take a look and see if we find anything else we might like and we found 4 similar models to what we asked for. Now the attendant couldn't find my size for any one of those shoes, this is fine. I asked if I could order online and take delivery at the store, he said no, which was a surprise because I can definitely order the shoes online and pick up at this store. See attached image which we are now getting delivered to my home. Either the attendant is new and unaware of this, which is odd in the age of online delivery that staff dont know about click and collect options OR they denied us service. We were extremely polite when we spoke to them, so the only thing I can think of is that the attendant is racist. Suffice to say, I'll be staying away from this branch in the future.
Visited Skechers Blacktown today 26 Dec 2021 to grab Boxing Day sale offers. A big disappointment. Asked for: MEN'S SKECHERS GORUN CONSISTENT 220034.BKOR MEN'S SKECHERS GORUN CONSISTENT - VESTIGE220081.GYBL MEN'S SKECHERS GORUN FAST - VALOR55103.GYBL None of them were available. Furthermore, the sale prices at store are different from what is advertised online. It's a big shame. MEN'S SUMMITS - WARWICK 232295.NVY Online advertising the sale price of AUD 59.99, at Skechers Blacktown it's 69.99. What's the purpose of brand if you cannot guarantee availability of stock and consistency of advertised price.
Great staff but a lot of the most of the designs to looks at didn't have the size we wanted. They did offer a free home delivery of the shoe we were after from the factory directly though
