Absolutely delightful young female shop assistant was helping me look at casual Colorado slip on shoes when the older women came over and interrupted. The older woman was rude, gruff and unwelcoming, to the point she cut off the lovely young female assistant, showing her something on the computer, and said here, I'll show you this so you can help other people! Yeah, right, what am I, chopped liver? I still had 3x boxes of shoes I was looking to try on, and was going to look at other styles too. The rude older woman has cost this store at least 4x, maybe 6x, sales ... I buy multiple at a time. Such a shame the lovely young female assistant has to put up with this gruff older women. We made a point of saying thank you and goodbye to the young assistant.
