Moved Interstate from Brisbane to Perth. Removalists almost managed to flood our apartment in Brisbane by not knowing how to remove a washing machine hose (I had to explain to turn it off over the phone on my mine site). During the move we had multiple items damaged and our couch was soiled badly (Soooo lucky we paid extra for a smart care plan when purchasing the couch the previous year). Specifically payed extra for full insurance and a removalist who were not the cheapest however it proved pointless. After a month of getting nowhere wtih insurance post move we have ended up just coping that damage on the chin and replacing ourselves. Paul and Mike were actually really good to deal with before the move however the move itself was awful and follow up not what we expected for paying a premium on insurance. Look elsewhere people.

Like most others here we are having a terrible experience with this company. Anyone looking for a reliable service, please do not fall for the stories this mob will tell you. Moving Brisbane to Ireland. We were told that another customer had a partially filled container at the port waiting to go to Ireland, our belongings would conveniently fill the rest, and as soon as our items were removed from our house and brought to the port, that container would leave. We initially wanted our own container but this was sold to us as being a much better cheaper option and it was all ready to go. 5 weeks later our items are still sitting god knows where and we've paid over thousands to this crowd. They were not forthcoming with any information about a delay or never raised the potential for delay. Still no date for departure, instead we've been told if we want our items shipped now we have to pay over in excess of another $1000, on top of what we have already paid!! Seriously think twice about using this company, especially if you want a company you can trust.
