4 bedroom house from Hervey Bay to Gladstone. Every care was taken in looking after our belongings. Very quick in packing and guys were really helpful and friendly. Arrival at new house was such an extremely hot day, guys were incredible just kept going until it was done. So very careful in placing our items in rooms and taking care not to mark or damage. Very quick. Will definitely use Kent and recommend to everyone. Thankyou for making my move stress free.

Kent Removals were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service we received from them was exemplary. The lady we dealt with on the phone was very helpful and certainly went the extra mile in assisting us to organise our move . The cost was very pleasing and we even received a substantial refund as our load was smaller than we had estimated. All our possessions arrived safely and were delivered by a wonderful crew who were quick, efficient and very courteous. We cannot praise them highly enough. It was an absolute breeze to work with Kent Removals. From the quotation, uplift and delivery we were very impressed. We moved 5000km from Sunshine Coast to Port Hedland, WA and Kent delivered our items in an efficient and professional manner. They quoted 3-4 week delivery and only took 14 days! No damage, no hassles and an all round pleasant experience during a stressful time. This is the third time we have used their service and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Kent Removals packed the contents of my 5 bedroom home and moved everything into a storage unit 140 km away. The staff estimated the size of the load to perfection, the truck was completely full. Their estimate of space ensured that I arranged the right sized storage unit at the other end, which they packed quickly and efficiently. All the people I dealt with from Kent were helpful, professional and hard-working. They made the stressful event of moving so much easier. Thank you!

My furniture was mainly from Ikea and fantastic furniture and half arrived damaged as apparently and I quote " your furniture quality was not good enough". As I had not much to move I did not take the insurance, I'll have to buy a new coffee table which was completely destroyed and keep a damaged bed and bookshelf. As it was not enough they delivered everything with 1 week delay so I needed to camp in my house. The only good point was that the workers were nice and quick.
