Appalling. Had one mover Michael (pacific islander or Maori) who was rude. As a pacific islander myself I wouldn't have expect such rudeness. No communication between movers and Sales Manager in regards to move. Told them only small boxes to be moved during the day but big furniture's to be moved after due to building OHS policy, however Michael and his team moved them anyway. 20mins late no call and no reason given as to why they were late. Furniture's damaged and building goods lift scratches and dents, on quote it stated tick box if we DON'T require insurance, this box was not ticked so therefore insurance should've been taken out. Have spoken with Darius Roberts and was told no insurance was taken out and he said he was going to come by to see damaged and see if he could sort something out even though picture's were sent to him. And still a no show from Darius. Very very expensive for an unpleasant move. Never using this company EVER...
