This morning, I walked into Ellen Grove Post Office feeling incredibly stressed. For the past three days, I had been trying to send a very large package and had been turned away by three other post offices without any support. I thought I had finally met all the requirements—correct dimensions, weight, and everything else needed to ship the package.nnHowever, as soon as I walked in, Sharon informed me that the package was still too large. I was immediately distraught and overwhelmed because this package was extremely important and had to be sent out that day.nnWhat made all the difference was Sharon’s approach. Instead of simply turning me away like the others, she went above and beyond to help. Sharon showed me so much kindness, understanding, and professionalism, even when I was visibly upset and frustrated. She took the time to help me open my package and make it smaller so that it could be shipped that day.nnDespite my initial frustration, Sharon remained warm, patient, and supportive throughout the entire interaction, which really helped me calm down. It’s employees like Sharon who make a huge difference in stressful situations. She didn’t just see me as an upset customer—she saw someone who needed help and genuinely cared about providing it.nnSharon is the kind of person who deserves recognition, a promotion, and a pay raise. Her dedication, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been another failed attempt into a positive experience. Thank you so much, Sharon, for your incredible support this morning. Entered the Ellen Grove Post Office Qld, for the first time today.nUpon arrival I was overwhelmed by the most lovely warm helpful greeting by a lady named Sharon. Thank You Sharon you made my day! I noticed that she treated all the customers the same. What an amazing human being.10/10

I went to collect my parcel today to this post office which is located in Ellen Grove, it was really nice customer experience that I had. Friendly staff and very clean post office. There is plenty of parking spot infront of this post office. All in all very convenient place.nThanks

Love this place for all post office needs. Close to me and Sharon is always super helpful

This post office is run so efficiently it always seems that you never have to wait. I think it  is trying to take market share from other post offices in the area, as people travel in the area know that if they stop in there they'll only take a few minutes and not 20 minutes like you might take somewhere else. Anybody that has to work and do post office duties it's a no-brainer.
