I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery of a small 120kg engine from Kubota, Victoria to Rockhampton, Qld. After 2 weeks it arrived in Brisbane depot on 11 April 2025. It’s the 17 April today and the engine is still in the Brisbane Depot. They do not care about their clients or me the  end user that’s paying $100/ day while I wait for the engine to be delivered to Kubota, Rockhampton !! Simons is the worst Transport company that I have unfortunately been involved with ! Charlie

These guys were great got my crt shipped next day whilst their competitors hadn't even returned with a quote yet.

Had to collect some gear that had been shipped up from Sydney for a job we were doing. Went through to Simons to pick it up.nVery large warehouse. Well sign posted. Had to wait in line for my turn. Staff were quick to locate my stuff when my turn came. Obviously security checked me over on the way out.

They went out of their way to deliver exceptional service, especially thank Lara's help from Sydney's Depot.

very unfair and dishonest people
