I work for courier company and I went to Ullrich Aluminium Carole Park, Brisbane for a parcel pick up on 12th December around 3:30pm. There was no one at the counter but I saw the lady who is usually sitting there at the back office chit-chatting with her colleague. There was a staff only sign at the automatic door to the back office so I stayed behind the door and said that I was here to pick up a parcel for them.nnAnd suddenly she came out of the door and yelled at me saying “Back off!!! Back off!!” while doing the go-away hand gesture. She was so loud and aggressive that caught everyone’s attention in that place.nnSo I said “why are you yelling at me” and she said “Can’t you see the staff only sign?” As I did NOT cross the door I said to her, “Did I cross the door?”nnAt that moment, she paused for a second as she realised I did not do anything wrong.nnI told her that I came to do my job and I kept waiting behind the door until she comes out.nnAnd then she started telling me in an offensive way that I have to follow the walkway to go around and get the parcel from a place where I have never pick up from although the pick up was ALWAYS at the front counter.nnAs she continued to be loud and aggressive I got offended so I walked out.nnAs I was walking back to my van, one of their customers who was watching the whole drama run after me and told me that her behaviour is not acceptable and I did nothing wrong.nnVery unprofessional, terrible customer service.
Tried to pick up a simple aluminium bar. Then told they have a minimum buy of $25 to buy there. I literally couldn't give them my money. very bad customer service. There was no one else in the counter sales store.
