Doctor is super efficient and we have come to this one twice. Its the older one at the night time hours. He found an issue with my son that another doctor couldnt tell. When we went starship he was spot on. Also another issue when my son got a deep cut usually the nurse does it but he did the bandaging himself. Just an awesome dude.
Had a great experience at the white cross!! I have really bad anxiety and was having some health concerns, they handled it so well, did tests that needed to be done, wait time was pretty good too for how late in the night it was the doctor on shift was amazing aswell as the nurse!!! If I knew their names I would name them as it was the best I have been treated by healthcare providers in a long time.
Doctor were good seen us within halfn hour we were surprised as night before it was 5 hours wait. I was told to do urine test. Went to toilet it was disgusting, urine everywhere on the floor, massive pale of hand tissues by the sink as bin was extremely full. especially in a medical setting where cleanliness should be a basic standard.
We are forced to come here every now and then because it is close to where we live. The queue for seeing the doctor has always been longer than 2 hours.nnRecently, I came here because of repeating allergies. The receptionist told us there will be a 1 hour wait for the doctor. The place was quite clean and not too busy-maybe around 10 other people. The nurse saw us pretty quickly but we waited for more than 2 hours for the doctor.nnThe reason for this-we were told by the receptionist-was that there were more important emergency patients.nnI think they should send emergency patients straight to hospital. If this doesn't work the government should definitely fund White Cross Avondale because it is a much better White Cross though it did recently lose funding making it a but more pricey.nnWould 100% give 0 stars if I could.nnIf you made it this far-please just go to a different clinic. Coming here is not worth your time.
After being misdiagnosed as having Bells Palsy by a neurologist at North Shore Hospital, Dr Baby at White Cross Hendo was super quick to give me my correct diagnosis of Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. I was pretty impressed that he was able to correctly diagnose such a rare condition and get me on antivirals straight away. Also the wait time was pretty quick for me, maybe like 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.
