I would like to sincerely thank nurses Vanessa and Sarah-Jane at Whitby Doctors for the outstanding care they provided to my son.nnFrom the moment we arrived, they were kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. My son felt completely comfortable with both of them, which made a huge difference to his experience. They went above and beyond during his treatment, taking the time to reassure him, explain what they were doing, and make sure he felt safe and well cared for throughout his visit.nnTheir warmth, patience, and genuine concern for his wellbeing did not go unnoticed. The wait is absolutely disappointing and making us wait for over 35-45 minutes, and it really makes me impatient for my brothers appointment. The doctors were walking past us 4+ times and calling out other people but we didn’t get called out. It’s such a waste of time.

I was disappointed with my experience. I was charged both a nurse fee and a doctor fee in a single visit just to get an X-ray referral, costing around $100 for a short consultation. The doctor later texted me the X-ray result but didn’t provide any guidance or advice.nnI later went to a hand rehab clinic recommended by a friend and received excellent ACC-covered treatment over three months at no cost, which made the lack of support here even more noticeable.

For a health system that is severely underfunded my family and I feel very lucky to have a GP close to home. Many in the post code lottery do not have this reality.nThe staff are very hard working and we have received thorough quality of care for both our boys and ourselves. Clinic is very clean. Thanks!
