The staff are fantastic, competent and gentle. The rooms seem barren and could do with some colour
Three times now, the same staff member has gone through the vein and out the other side causing massive bruising and pain. My wife is the latest victim just this morning. Now she's trying to get a Drs appointment for the swelling in her arm as a result of this incompetence. This is totally unacceptable given the volume of patients getting blood drawn on a daily basis. AVOID this place and go to Kenepuru hospital instead.
It's a good place for x-rays in Porirua not far from the north city mall

What an awful place. Waiting room is like a dolls house so you are crammed in with a pile of dead n dying patients. Everyone can hear all your personal details being confirmed at reception. Will never use again.
Terrible i know i got small veins but stabbing someone is out of line
The nurse was so nice. This was where I got my first blood test. So calming and helpful, helping me get through it.
It's time the landlord enlarged the toilets space and installed new toilets
