Three times now, the same staff member has gone through the vein and out the other side causing massive bruising and pain. My wife is the latest victim just this morning. Now she's trying to get a Drs appointment for the swelling in her arm as a result of this incompetence. This is totally unacceptable given the volume of patients getting blood drawn on a daily basis. AVOID this place and go to Kenepuru hospital instead.
What an awful place. Waiting room is like a dolls house so you are crammed in with a pile of dead n dying patients. Everyone can hear all your personal details being confirmed at reception. Will never use again.
Fast less than 5 minute wait, friendly and professional/super helpful :-

The nurse was so nice. This was where I got my first blood test. So calming and helpful, helping me get through it.
Waaay tooo busy. Postcovid. 40mins + wait time. Phlebotomists are excellent just over worked.
Didn't wait long and the nurse was awesome and did a great job
Open Saturday! It works perfectly for me and people who don't have a time during midweek.
