"At our clinics we can help with contraception, STI testing and treatment, cervical screening, pregnancy testing, abortion referrals, PMS and menopause, HPV vaccinations, and advice and support for other sexual and reproductive health issues.We work with people of any gender, age, nationality or sexual orientation. Our services are confidential and non-judgemental.If you are a New Zealand Resident and under 22, your visit is free. If you have a Community Services Card, your visit will cost $5 and for all other New Zealand Residents, a visit cost $35."

after having an appointment I had waited for test results to come back to me. On multiple occasions I had called to follow up and they had delayed it saying that the nurse is busy and will call me 2 days later. a week and a half has gone I have had no phone call and have been asked to wait another day to be spoken to about my results. this is the second time I have had a bad experience here and will never be coming back

I've had two appointments here. The first nurse was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable.  My second experience wasn't so good. They were 22 minutes late, didn't acknowledge or apologize. My appointment lasted 15 minutes. The main reason I wasn't happy was, I wasn't given proper information to help me make an informed decision. I didn't get offered all of the options and didn't get told the effectiveness of treatment, I wasn't sure if the treatment would effect my current contraceptive. I asked for pros and cons of two options and didn't feel I was given a proper answer. I walked out not really knowing anything about the treatment.
