Service was slow but pleasant. Just beware of one thing, their exchange rates change every hour! The rates they quoted us on the phone have dropped by the time we got there to pick up the currencies. They didn’t tell us about the hourly rate change when we rang or we would have got there within the same hour!

Strongly recommended exchange shop. I have been using their service for many years. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Nice and helpful staff, I just bought Japanese Yen from them today, I got 5000 and 1000 denominations which were so handy. The BEST rate in this area!

Ordered yen and US dollars online. Went to box hill store to pick up. Girl at counter tells me I have to pay extra 5000 yen as bank has sent 5000 yen extra than what I ordered. I said no and she had to work out refund. Lots of paperwork to fill in. I had ordered SMALL denominations as I always have using other online foreign cash services. Apparently $50 US notes are small and 10,000 yen notes are SMALL. When asked, the girl at the counter just said it is what bank sends us. Why bother having the option of small large or mixed denominations on your site if you really couldn't care less what the customer gets. Have never ordered from you before. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service.
