If I can give negative points, I will never give 0 points, but unfortunately even don't have 0 points. You must walk in to make an appointment in advance, cause the phone will never ever get through. The White House is probably not as busy as you are! Shame on wasting clients' time
Not familiar with the service. No one answered the phone all the time. I have an appointment and still waited about half an hour. Wasted my time there.

Ridiculous, rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Looks like Box hill branch is the only busy branch in Vic.
My advise is not to go there. I was there four weeks ago and had the worse experience ever. I went their for something super urgent around 11 AM and they kept me waiting till 1.45. Rather helping me, banker lady was keep telling me that they going to close the branch at 2 PM so they will not be able to help me. I used to be a banker myself and I always had my customers as my priority. While I am waiting,I had two banker ladies speaking in them own language not English going through my paper work. Then I had to politely ask them to speak in English which I can answer. So please do not go to the Box Hill Westpac branch.
Very rude, unprofessional service from the front desk personal banker. I am a Westpac customer and he refused to proceed with my request. He refused to refer my request to another personal banker as well. He just ignored me and continued talking to other customers. I had to find another banker who helped me.
We were dealing with Ella Li, from making time to see us on the first Saturday we went in until what we needed was done she kept us up to date the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the whole time, would highly recommend dealing with her again!
First bad experience for today. Having been using this Branch for a long time. Stuff told me can't exchange US dollars to aus dollars. I did a lot HK dollars exchange before, how it is not possible for US dollars? And the stuff told me this is AUS not China, which is very rude, and so it is the reason why they can't do the currency exchange? LOL
Would do zero but not an option. Always seems to have trainees and super long waits in the queue. Many times seen ppl walking out in frustration because of the wait times
