The long wait time is very annoying.
We just wanted to open a new account but there isn't enough number of tellers.
After 50 minutes, someone finally attended to us. I missed getting her name
but she was very apologetic and friendly. This rating goes to her.

They offering lowest home loan, but the net bank is terrible

This is not the same bank as The Bank of China in China, apparently.

I could not deposit into my Chinese bank account from this bank.

Strange that, to allow a new bank to have the same name as one that already exists.
