I wanted to open an account today, I arrived at 10:35am, and made an appointment for 11:10am, I left and got back at 11:00am and the representative was alone in his office (so being patient) I sat and waited until 11:20am (not a big deal) but the representative that I was waiting for took in another lady. This is ridiculous!!! The only reason I am even rating this 2 star was because the lady at the front was really helpful and friendly.

I have a business account with BOM, most of my transactions are online, so all fine. When I have to visit this branch I am often waiting for a long time, as staff members don't have the knowledge to help me. I had to submit the same documentation 3 times, because the first 2 times they lost the documents! This bank really does need a business banker to help with my queries and also being located in a central business district it will be very beneficial. I will be travelling further to get help from another branch if I have to in future.

Waited for over an hour to talk to somebody about opening an account, it was not busy, the person I ended up talking to was not busy for the entire time and when I was finally served it turned out I didn't have the right identification with me, which they could have told me before they wasted an hour of my time.
